Some more on the M3 meeting held on 27th of june 2009 in Stockholm, where I gave a presentation on my current project on Pathway Signatures. The meeting itself was very informative and interesting, with both presentations on new developments in metagenomics and on how the field is reorganizing itself in the light of metadata [...] In a few hours I will be flying to Stockholm, Sweden. I’m going to attend the ISMB/ECCB conference on computational biology. Not only will I be attending, I am going to contribute by giving a talk on my current project (Pathway Signatures) at the M3 SIG as well! This is really a great opportunity [...] |
